Staff Force
It has a staff force of 184 employees. Of these , 29 staff members are based in the branches namely, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri, Machakos and Mombasa. The head office has 155 staff members who work in the main departments which are underwriting, Claims, Medical , Finance and Administration and Life.
Training
In an effort to improve the productivity of employees as well as prepare them for higher challenges, the company supports training of its employees that is attuned to the business needs of the organization.
